TECHNICAL NOTES:

  1. Windshield Height Adjuster works with Bolt Windscreen and Himalayan OEM Windshield. Not compatible with CR Wanderer Windshield.
  2. Number plate holder is designed only on the top holes of the Windscreen.
  3. Windshield is made from top of the like MAKROLON Polycarbonate.
  4. Number Plate Holder and GPS Mount are not compatible with RE or CR Wanderer Windshield separately.
  5. Aerodynamics and windflow solely depends on the rider height and crouching methods. If the windshield height is not adequate even if adjusted to top most setting, an aftermarket windshield extender would be recommended.

 

PRICING NOTES:

  1. All inclusive package is valid only for the first 50 orders. It will be revised appropriately once we hit the 50 orders.
  2. Combo prices can't be broken down. Combo have to be ordered as combo. For example, if you order package with 2 or 3 products first, later it can't be revised by just paying difference amount. We can change the Combo packs as long as the shipping is not done. Once shipped, if you need a product from a combo which was not ordered, it needs to be ordered as a separate product at full price. So order accordingly.

DISPATCH NOTES:

  1. First batch shipping will start from 05-Jun-2026 (or earlier).
  2. Orders can't be canceled once dispatched.

  • For the products in stock:

    We normally prepare the packages after we receive a confirmed order. Hence we quote 2 working day to dispatch the products from our end on the normal days. In the riding seasons like Diwali, Christmas break etc times, there will be slight delays in shipping, as there will be a slight rush in these seasons.

    Pre-Order / Back-Order:

    For the products marked under "Pre-Order", we normally ship in 7-10 days of order receipt, or specified otherwise.

     

    NOTE:

    . Carbon Racing does not have integrated shipping service of our own. We use 3rd party courier services which have their own delivery methods and timelines.

    . We will try to provide you with as many options as possible, ranging from Economical to Premium. 

    . Currently we have tied up with India Post and DTDC for the smaller packages and Delhivery for larger B2B packages.

    . Customers are provided with options to select during Check Out. Customer can choose Economical Services if the criteria is to save shipping costs while they can wait for longer duration than premium services. Or if there is urgency, they can chat with us beforehand and engage a faster Air Mail services from any available couriers.

    Economical couriers are slower. So customers have to choose accordingly. Mostly West Bengal and North East areas take more time than other parts of India due to the distance the package has to travel. So if the time is criteria, we advise selecting/discussing about Custom Air Mail services.

    . Carbon Racing guarantees the delivery, however the courier delays, are not Carbon racing's responsibility as we do not have any control on the delivery parameters like distance, number of offices a package has to hop, human delays, local environmental and political conditions etc.

    However, once customer reports about a courier issue, we support customers by logging in complaints, calls, mediation etc and try and resolve the issue until the product is delivered. Delivery is Guaranteed.

    Once we dispatch the product from our end, we will lose the control over it. We will provide the tracking number to the customers, so that they can track their packages. In case of any issues with courier, customers have to work with the courier company using tracking number as the reference. However, we as shipper also can try to escalate from our end. If there is any delay in delivery beyond the normal duration, customer can reach out to their local courier office and check the package status.

    Sometimes if there are confusions in locating the right delivery address, India Post delivery personnel will contact customers on the provided number, so please provide a working number which is currently being used. 

     

    Kindly Note:

    1) We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and any National Holidays

    2) During the major festival times, at times of disaster, natural calamities, it will be difficult to keep up with the 48 hours shipping commitment. We request customers to kindly bear with us in such times.

    PLEASE DO NOT EVER ACCEPT AN OPEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGE. IF YOU REJECT SUCH PACKAGES, IN CASE OF MISSING ITEMS, WE CAN RECOVER THE COST FROM THE COURIER COMPANY FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

    IF YOU ACCEPT THEN IT MEANS THE PACKAGE IS GOOD OR YOU ACCEPT THE RISK, SO PLEASE GIVE US A CHANCE TO CORRECT SUCH ISSUES BY REJECTING THE PACKAGE
