SHIPPING TERMS

For the products in stock: We normally prepare the packages after we receive a confirmed order. Hence we quote 48 hrs or 2 working day to dispatch the products from our end on the normal days. In the riding seasons like Diwali, Christmas break etc times, there will be slight delays in shipping, as there will be a slight rush in these seasons.

For the products marked under "Pre-Order", we normally ship in 7-10 days of order receipt, or specified otherwise.

 

Once we dispatch the product from our end, we will lose the control over it. We will provide the tracking number to the customers, so that they can track their packages. In case of any issues with courier, customers have to work with the courier company using tracking number as the reference. However, we as shipper also can try to escalate from our end. If there is any delay in delivery beyond the normal duration, customer can reach out to their local courier office and check the package status.

Sometimes if there are confusions in locating the right delivery address, India Post delivery personnel will contact customers on the provided number, so please provide a working number which is currently being used. 

Kindly Note:

1) We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and any National Holidays

2) During the major festival times, at times of disaster, natural calamities, it will be difficult to keep up with the 48 hours shipping commitment. We request customers to kindly bear with us in such times.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow Order cancellation based on the below.

IF A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR CANCELLATION:

 A customer can ask for order cancellation. However, the cancellation is possible only until we have the item in hand and not shipped already. 

If the order is not shipped yet, the order can be canceled. However 5% of the amount which gets paid for the Cart Vendor and Website provider is non-refundable to us. Since we get only 95% of each transaction, we will be refunding only 95% of the transaction.

If the Order is already shipped but customer still wants to cancel it, then since we can not recall the shipped items, customer will have to ship the item back in the original un-opened condition. Carbon Racing will refund the amount excluding the 5% cart charges as mentioned above and the forwarding courier costs on actuals.

 

IF CARBON RACING CANCELS THE ORDER:

In certain occasions, if the item is not in stock or the stocks available are not in a condition to sell, Carbon Racing will inform t he customer about the issue and cancel the order.

In such cases, Customer will get the full amount refunded.

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Bought Directly from our Website:

   For any warranty claims for the products purchased from our website, you can raise a complaint to our support team via Instagram/Facebook Chat. Support team will verify the claims and suggest if the claims can be accepted or not based on the warranty terms. 

* Few products will not have warranty on specific things. These products will have a disclaimer in their Product Page itself. 

* Standard warranty covers only if the received product has any manufacturing defect like, bent product due to shipping issues, broken parts, issues with powder coating, scratches on windshield. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

For Products bought through our Dealers:

  * Every warranty claim will have to be initiated and processed by the Dealer only. There wont be any direct support if a customer skip the Dealer.

  * Dealers are the only authorized personnel to initiate/get claim on behalf of their customers.

  * Only the claims which fall in Carbon Racing general Warranty term above will be accepted and processed by Carbon Racing

* Any direct claims, complaints, etc will not be directly accepted and customer will be directed towards the Dealer to get the warranty claim initiation.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS:

We accept returns of the goods if they have any manufacturing defect. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For applying for a return, you will have to contact us through our email sales@carbonracing.in, or through our Facebook Page www.facebook.com/carbonracinginc and raise a complaint as soon as you open the package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for any refund or exchange.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the aforesaid conditions.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If refunds are requested before shipping the product and it is not triggered by a warranty claim, you will receive 96% of the paid amount, as the amount gets deducted fromShopify and PayU forr their services which is not refundable to us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items / Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Pre-Orders: 

Most Pre-order items are made against the order normally and hence requires more time for us to ship. Pre-orders can not be canceled unless Carbon Racing could not ship the product within 7 working days from ordered date or specified the timelines in the product page.

Exchanges (if applicable)

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

RETURNS SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It will guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not accept returns on any other basis once sold. If at all you need to return the product for any other reason, you will have to ship the product back to us at your cost. We will refund only your Base price and taxes minus shipping cost which we'd already have paid to the shipping company and minus 5% of the total transaction, as we'd already have paid to  the cart vendor for  every transaction. 

We urge our customers to go through the product description of each product you are purchasing from us and also make sure to go through all the terms etc before making a purchase. It will establish the right expectation from the product, or our service. 

Carbon Racing will ship the products chosen and bought by customers, against the invoices. If there are multiple variants of a single product and if you want a specific variant, please make sure to select the right variant from the drop down menu on the purchase page. Carbon Racing is not liable for the wrong selection of products/variants by the customers. In case if the product is not yet shipped from our side, customers can reach out to us to modify their orders via email to sales@carbonracing.in. In cases where customer realizes the wrong order after the product dispatch or delivery, Carbon Racing will not be held responsible for the product delivered. We deliver what you selected and ordered.  However, we can offer the replacement product provided, the delivered product is unused, and will charge customers for the courier charges to send the product/parts second time.

NOTE: Warranty Claims, refund, Returns are allowed only for the first buyer and only if the products fall under warranty period and clauses mentioned.

No Refund claims acceptable if the product is installed.

All offers provided on orders can change at any time. Carbon Racing reserves all the rights to add, change and revoke the offers at any time, which does not need to take customer consent.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
